Mutton Kofta recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton keema minced
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ¼ tsp saltcoriander leaves
- 1 Onions
Ingredients For mutton kofta curry
- 3 green cardamon
- 3 Onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 inch cinnamon sticks
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup curd
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ cup cashew nuts paste
Instructions
- Take a bowl Add coriander leaves 1 chopped onions, 3 chopped green chilies and keema in bowl and mix well. And grind it.
- After grind make a small balls of keema into the lemon size. Repeat the step for make more balls.
- Take a pan add 2 tsp of oil and fry meatballs or keema balls in oil for 15 minutes in medium flame
- Take pan add 2 tbsp oil, add loung, cardamon, cinnamon sticks, bay leaf fry for 5 minutes in medium flame. add chopped onions, and fry until the light golden color of onions.
- Add a ginger-garlic paste in pan mix. Add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes in pan and cook until the tomatoes pieces soft.
- Add a curd and cashew paste in pan and mix well for 5 minutes in medium flame. Now add red chili powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder and mix well.
- Add 2 cups of water in pan. Now add a keema balls in pan and keep for cook until the gravy starts boiling in medium flame.
- After that check that balls are cooked properly.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and with cream.
