Egg Masala Curry Ingredients & Instruction :
Egg masala curry
Ingredients
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 chopped tomatoes
- 1½ tsp turmeric powder
- curry leaves
- 3 3 green chilies
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala.
- 1 tsp egg masala powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 3 tsp red chili powder.
- 300 ml water
- salt as per taste
Instructions
- Take 1½ tbsp oil in pan and add 1 tsp turmeric powder and add boiled 5 eggs in pan and fry for fry 2 minutes in high flame. this step for egg coated with colorful.
- Take another pan and add a 3 tbsp oil. Add curry leaves, chopped green chilies. For 5 minutes in medium flame.
- Add 1 chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes in medium flame and crush a tomatoes pieces with spoon.
