- 500 grams Chicken
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 2-3 Onions
- 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tbsp Red chili powder
- 1.tsp Cumin seeds.
- ½ tsp Black pepper.
- 2 cups Tomatoes puree
- 2 cups Cream
Instructions
- Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of butter in pan. Flame in medium.
- Add a chicken pieces in a pan
- After chicken add in pan roast until chicken piece turn in light brown color.
- Aside a chicken. Take a another pan and add 2 tbsp of butter in pan in heat a medium flame.
- Add a chopped onions in pan and cook until onion color turn in golden color.
- After puree add cup of cream in the pan stir for 3 minutes.
- After 12 minutes add 2 tbsp butter, salt, pepper in pan.
- After 2 minutes dish will be ready to eat yummy dish.
- You can garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves, fried onion.
