How to make Chicken Tikka Masala in Indian Food | Chicken Tikka Masala receipe

Chicken tikka masala is one of the world’s famous and popular dish. This is varieties of chicken dishes. Most commonly cook in Indian restuarents. Indian Chef like to cook chicken tikka masala .It is spicy dish and easy to cook

Ingridents:

To marinate the chicken.

  •  1/2 kg of chicken cubes. (boneless chicken)
  •  1 tsp chili powder .
  •  lemon juice of 1/2 lemon.
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt or cured .
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 2 tsp coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste .
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
  • 1 tsp dried kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves).
  • salt to taste .
  • 1 tbsp oil.

For gravy ingridents:

  •  3 tbsp oil .
  • 1/2 tsp cumin .
  • 1 bay leaf.
  • 1 -2 black cardamon.
  • 3 green cardamon.
  • 3 cloves .(can upto 5)
  • 2 inch cinnamom stick.
  • 3 onion medium.
  •  3 tomatoes.
  • 2 tsps ginger-garlic paste.
  •  1  1/2tsp coriander powder.
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder.
  •  1/4 tsp turmeric.
  • 4 tbsp cashew nuts paste .
  • 1/2 tps kasuri methi.
  • 1/4 cup cream .

Make chicken tikka masala:

  • Add the marinate ingrident to bowl and marinate chicken and keep inside in       refrigerator for least 2 hrs.
  • Use pan to roast  chicken tikka masala add the oil in pan. Heat it cook the chicken in pan in high flame. Don’t cook chicken in low flame for chicken spoil with moisture.
  • After the tikka is get cooked marinate the vegetable. Fry a vegetables for 2 mins or more till the marinade dries up .Transfer this to a wide tray.

Make chicken Tikka Masala Gravy: 

  • Grind tomatoes puree in a blender
  • Add oil in the pan and dry spcies allow to sizzle.
  •  Add the chopped onion fry until the onion in lovely golden colour.
  • Add garlic ginger paste fry for 2 min.
  • Add tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder and fry for 2-3 mins.
  • Add cashew paste and fry.
  • Add sugar, tikka and veggies stir  and fry 2-3mins.
  •  Add 1/2 cup of water in it.
  • Add kasuri methi cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Add cream, garam masala and add coriander leaves, off the flame .  and keep covered in 15 mins.
  • Serves  rotis, parathas.
