Ingridents

  • 3 tbsp oil.
  • salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  • 4-5 eggs boiled egg.
  • 2-3 bay leafs.
  • 2-3 green chilies.
  • 1 tbsp red chilies powder.
  • 3 onion.
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • 5 tomatoes puree.
  • 1/2 coriander powder.
  • 2 cups water.
  • fresh coriander leaves.
  • 1/2 kasoori methi.

Making a Egg curry:

  • Add oil in pan and heat a pan.
  • Add salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder in pan.
  • Addboil eggs in pan and fry eggs in low flame.
  • Afterthe eggs are fried aside a pan.
  • Heat another pan add oil in it.
  • Add bay leaf, green chilies and stir for 2 mins.
  • Addonions in the pan and cook until golden colour of onion.
  • Addginger garlic paste and stir for 1 min.
  • Add tomatoes puree in it, mix well.
  • Addsalt, red chilies powder , 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, coriander seeds.
  • After2 mins mix well together. Cook in low flame.
  • Add2 cups of water.
  • After water boiled. Add coriander leaves, kasoori methi, mix well.
  • Cook the gravy for 10-12 min.
  • After 10-12 min eggs curry masala will be ready.
  • Serve with rice,roti.
